To be a key driver in delivering Plant Availability by improving and maintaining processes and equipment, which creates a workplace fit for purpose and an operational platform which meets current and future strategic business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute a culture of Continuous Improvement & Safe Working.
• Follow Safe Systems Of Work.
• Completing equipment planned maintenance activities on time and in a safe manner.
• Develop and continuously improve planned maintenance systems and tasks.
• Working closely with Operational Leadership to identify equipment risks and solutions.
• Working closely with Team Leaders to help improve equipment availability.
• Identify and implement reliability improvements.
• Liaising professionally with external suppliers, OEM’s and contractors.
• Communicate well with colleagues in all areas of the business and highlight issues to management teams.
• Assist with investigations into reliability improvements.
• Be proactive in keeping up to date with developments affecting your role.
