Location: IWT Boundary Park, Deeside Industrial Estate. CH5 2LR.

More Details:

We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our After Sales team to assist with administration and customer support. You will be responsible for completing various administration tasks as well as responding to incoming calls and emails from end customers and our Distributor network.

Previous experience in customer service and administration is desirable, but not essential. If you are willing to learn and have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, we will provide the required training for you to be successful. For those who perform particularly well and wish to develop further, there is clear path of career progression from this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completion of administration tasks such as despatching and invoicing.
  • Responding to incoming After Sales calls.
  • Responding to customer support emails.
  • Identifying and implementing system and process improvements.
  • Supporting our global distributor network.
  • Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to reflect any new process changes.
  • Quickly problem solve any customer issues.
  • Share ideas to improve our customer service levels.

Key Requirements & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Empathetic to customer issues.
  • The ability to speak confidently and clearly.
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency.
  • Effectively build good working relationships with colleagues and the distributor network.
  • Preferably experience in Customer Service or Hospitality.
