About the role

We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy working environment. You will be responsible for various administration tasks as well as incoming calls and emails, supporting a wider team.

The successful candidate will be required to travel between sites, but mainly based at our Group Office in Corwen. If you are willing to learn and have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, we will provide the required training for you to be successful. For those who perform particularly well and wish to develop further, there is opportunity for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Compiling reports
  • Managing diaries for team members
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
  • Answering queries and resolving issues

Required Skills:

  • Experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Previous exposure to an office environment
  • Awareness of Data Privacy and GDPR
  • Drive to develop and progress

  • Ability & drive to root cause & prevent reoccurrence of faults
  • Flexibility to work at all group sites if required
