Position: Warehouse Operative - Cynwyd

Location: IWT Cynwyd, Cynwyd. LL21 0LB.

Salary:

£10.21 per hour

Summary:

• Rotating day shift. 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm (Monday to Friday)
• Uniform and PPE provided

More Details:

We are looking for individuals to work at our Cynwyd site for an initial period of 26 weeks.

As a Warehouse Operative in the After Sales Team, you will be responsible for picking, auditing and loading orders for our Worldwide Distributor network. This is a varied role, through which you will develop excellent product knowledge and have opportunities to progress your career. We are looking for diligent candidates who have excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing parts for bulk distribution and courier delivery.
• Auditing bulk orders prior to departure.
• Completing stock checks and flagging up any inaccuracies.
• Assisting the despatch team with the loading of our Genuine Parts trailers.
• Supporting the goods in team with adding new stock to correct shelf locations.
• Ensuring the safe despatch of fragile products and providing feedback to improving packaging solutions.
• Ensuring any stock movements are recorded correctly.

Key Requirements & Experience

• Attention to detail.
• Good literacy.
• A positive attitude.
• The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to work well as part of a team.
• Self-driven to complete tasks independently.
• Previous warehousing experience if preferable, but not essential.
• Must be able to adhere to health and safety standards and procedures.

This role is currently classed as temporary but there may be a permanent opportunity for those who wish to transfer to alternative sites at a later date.
