The company has three main manufacturing facilities in North Wales, and currently produces over seven hundred trailers every week. A high percentage of parts are produced to the company's own designs, including axles, chassis and most body parts. Purchased parts and materials are sourced from approved manufacturers who are able to satisfy the demands set for consistent high quality. An on-site galvanizing plant gives the company total control over quality and efficiency in the production of chassis and other assemblies. The company's latest investment is a new manufacturing and assembly plant in Deeside. Product distribution is handled by over fifty main dealers in the UK and a growing network of subsidiaries and independent distributors in Ireland, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Israel. Exports account for around 30 percent of sales.
